Early access waitlist privacy notice

This page explains what data we store when you join the Parkiao early access waitlist, why, and how you can delete it.
Who is responsible
Data controller: Parkiao.

What we store
Your email address, which is required. We store it in lower case and without spaces.
If you provide them, the kind of phone you use (iPhone or Android) and your city or neighbourhood.
The language of the page you signed up from, the date and time, and the version of this notice you accepted.
Your browser and system family (for example, “Safari iOS”), never the full browser string or your IP address.
If you arrive from a campaign link, its tags (for example, utm_source).
What we use it for
Only to tell you when the app is available and to decide which cities and platforms to launch first, using aggregated figures.
We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for advertising and we do not build profiles with it.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting anything done before.
Email confirmation
If email sending is enabled, we send you a message to confirm your address. If you do not confirm within 30 days of that message, we delete your sign-up.
How long we keep it
Until we tell you about the launch in your city or you remove yourself, and for 24 months after you signed up at most. After that it is deleted automatically.
Where it is stored
On the Parkiao server, with access restricted to the team running the launch. Every export or deletion from the admin console is logged.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to [email protected]. Every email we send you will include a link to remove yourself instantly.
If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and no third-party tracking tools. It only stores your light or dark mode preference in your browser if you change it.
